QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing field of health tourism and gain valuable experience in an international business environment? We are seeking a passionate Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic and innovative team in Antalya.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with potential clients and customers via inbound emails, phone calls, and social media on behalf of our clinics and partners. You will provide customers with information about our products, services (treatments and procedures provided) and the clinics and practices, as well as answer their questions and concerns. In addition, you will prepare and send estimates/price quotations and follow up with customers to close the deal. Within the current role, you will also be onboarding new clinics, integrating them into our sales process and generally supporting our B2B Sales Team with their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in English, German would be a bonus and have a strong sales background. You should also be proficient in MS Office applications, Google Apps and have prior experience in using CRM platforms. As a customer service-oriented individual, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented and have strong time management skills. You must also be willing to work flexible hours/shifts, including six days a week and be a dynamic team worker.
